La Felicita Bakery and Restaurant

I STRONGLY DISAGREE!!! THIS PERSON OBVIOUSLY DOSEN'T EAT OUT MUCH! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO lA FELICITA RESTAURANT FOR OVER TEN YEARS NOW AND THE FOOD IS THE ALWAYS FRESH AND DELICIOUS AND THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS FAST AND FREINDLY TOO.

The bakery may be good but the Italian food is terrible, just terrible. At first I thought the prices were reasonable but after we received two plates of inedible food they have a nerve to be charging anything for this fare.

The food is below the standard of your run of the mill frozen entree.

The kids took me here for mothers day. The food was excellent! The decor takes me back to Italy. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. I completely understood that mothers day is a very busy time but I commend the staff for the excellent service. I bought some deserts for home and could not believe how fresh they were. I will definately be going back again.

agree with Pipette - I've stopped going there. Old lipstick on the cups - lack of service - high prices (all drinks are extra) - not much variation in menu or style of cooking and a bit too much oil or fat in the foods. Bakery items look good but are too heavy with the pastry and creams. A lighter version of the current cooking and baking methods along with better service would help. Some of the staff are a bit too uppetty after that first friendly welcome! Decor is nice but now they have limited hours as well.... The man is better than the women but the women tend to rule the roost. Breakfast items not that good. Better to go to Cora's across the street.

Food was OK/good.

Service was far from smooth
- meals (brunch) for wife and myself arrived at different times.
- server was unaware that they sold muffins.
- no follow up by wait staff to see if meals were satisfactory.
- wait staff did not offer more coffee or drinks
- watched as a couple walked out cause nobody served them, also saw 2 ladies have to approach the counter to be served.
- waited to pay at cash register for an eternity.

It seemed as though there were plenty of staff - just limited direction and organisation.

Amazing desserts! A real treat!

I have ordered many many cakes from La Felicita including our wedding cake,
this past weekend I ordered a carrot cake this for my son's baptism, I
wanted to let you know that not only was it beautifully decorated it tasted
amazing, I had some guests eating four pieces. Thanks for the wonderful cake
and your attention to detail. I'll keep coming back! Mario Colaiacovo
