Well, I would say, they surely have good food. I truely love the fried fish & chicken biryani, but ofcourse those who have been there knows too well that people who take orders are somewhat rude. Personally, I would'nt ask for a gentle smile or a little chit chat but I certainly would want people doing customer service to pay more attention towards their customers, instead of being practically indifferent. I understand that the ladies may not want to get involved into a samll chit chat or pleasantries because she almost always looks over worked, but then they should have a gentle-man looking after the front counter. A smile, a quick hello & more attention is certainly badly needed.
I am writing in response to Asif Shaikh comments. We can take the karachi kitchen this attitude in positive sense in terms of gaining more white customer. They understand that we people do not so many places and we are bound to go there and get food while on other hand white people do not come there. This is done to attract more white people to the kitchen. You can also taste this in other sense, showing different attitude towards color difference. Anyways I will take his behavior in positive sense. By the way we should focus on their food quality and food safety and their compliance to the Food safety and quality act and Ontario food safety regulation. As for as the customer services is concerned as one of our friend mentioned regarding two front desk women. It is true that need training if they want to run kitchen for long term. This is the difference between the people who are raised here and the one's out side Canada where they do not know the meaning of customer services but I hope in forthcoming period they will be start doing better Thanks Ahmad
I been there some time and notic one older men come out call the name and give the food but never smile or Thanks,,, BUT one day I was there and he was serving one Whit lady(canadian) and he said to her Thanks and very nice to here but when again my turn come he is soo quite and Rood AND I MANTIONED HIM YOU SHOULD TELL ALL PEOPLE (DESI), THANKS PLEASE THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. food is delicous, prices are low, customer service is bad.
Haleem was rotten it smelled bad and I have never tasted such awful haleem. In the name of biryani they served white rice which is in no way biryani or pullao.

Their attitude and behavior of the their front desk staff is insulting, espacially two women on front counter, both of them do not know how to talk like gentle women, they must go go lean manners to deal with human being.
