This is the worst popeyes in the whole of mississauga!!! A bunch of kids can not alone run this place...where the hell is the manager!!

The service I received today was despicable. After I ordered I was waiting for my chicken for only a couple of minutes. I was asked if I wanted the order to go or to eat in. To the best of my knowledge I said I wanted it to Go. My order was placed on a tray and when I repeated that I wanted my order to go I was told that I said I did not. After a short exchange of words and given some attitude my order was placed in a bag. When I asked for a fork the server pointed at a small box on the counter and told me to get it myself. The customer service is a 1 out of 10. Totally horrible. I am sending a letter to the president of the company today.

This restaurant is the worse one i mississauga bad service from the cashiers seems like they do not no anything. Ordered a 16pc combo and they gave me a 12 pc combo WTF. learn how to take and prepare the orders!!!

two old stale pieces thrown into the mix to get rid of it is not my cup of tea. Needs more business I guess or to order less supplies. A willingness to get rid of old stuff but not in custumers bellies would be much better.

Restaurant is what you would expect for fast food, sometimes messy, but generally clean. The staff need help with customer service, but the food is terrific! Always go for the spicy!!!

The chicken is wonderful, hot, juicy and large pieces. I have always had take out and have not eaten in.

restaurant is somewhat hidden, though it is just beside eglinton you won't notice it if you really have not been there before. i would not say it is really that tidy. at one time, the restaurant is somewhat dirty -maybe because the place is old and they really never considered repainting the interiors.
